nll.ink provides a URL shortening and link management service that allows users to create shortened links, track click analytics, manage branded domains, and optimize link performance. Features may include custom short links, click tracking, geographic analytics, device analytics, QR code generation, and integrations with third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any link data, analytics, or personalization settings.
User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including all links created and analytics generated. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content & Links
You are solely responsible for all URLs you shorten, links you create, and any content accessible through those links ("User Content"). You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share the content you link to, and that doing so complies with all applicable laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in courts located in Chandigarh, India.
